I have recently made this memorial plaque which will be fixed onto the wall of the cemetery to commemorate the deceased. A plaque is usually made when the person has been cremated and not buried. This plaque is made from green slate from The Lake District in the UK measuring 50 x 50 x 3cm with a handcarved relief.
