Simon Burns-Cox offers Private Tuition for individuals in Sculpture, Stone Letter Carving, and Relief at The Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop. Tuition is arranged at a mutually convenient time throughout the year. You will learn to think three dimensionally and how to manipulate the Stone from the basic idea to the finished work. If you are letter carving, you will learn the importance of drawing your design onto the stone before carving thinking about style, proportion, spacing and form before the process of carving begins.

COURSE PRICES FOR PRIVATE TUITION

£150 per day for Sculpture, Stone Letter Carving or Relief Course
£290 for Two Days Sculpture, Stone Letter Carving or Relief Course
£350 for Two Days Marble Carving Course

The price includes the stone and the use of tools and extra stone, and tools can be purchased. Payment if due at the time of booking the course. There is a Cancellation and Health and Safety policy, and all participants must abide by The Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop’s Regulations. Please wear suitable clothing and safety glasses will be provided.

Gift vouchers are available and valid for 12 months
